HIS Partner Referral Award 

Purpose:   

To reward and encourage HIS Partners (HISP) to refer qualified candidates for open positions. 

 

Eligibility: 

All are eligible to participate in the referral program. 

 

Award Structure: 

- $250.00 will be awarded for each successful referral that leads to a new HISP. 

Awards are paid after the referred HISP completes a 90-day probationary period, ensuring retention before rewards are granted. 

- Referral must hold a valid Limited Permit or a License 

 

Referral Process:   

1. HISP must submit referrals through the designated referral form. 

2. Referrals must briefly describe why the HISP believes the candidate is a good fit. 

 

Payment of Awards:   

- Awards will be processed following the referral candidate’s successful completion of the probationary period. 

- HISP will receive a written acknowledgment of their referral and the subsequent award approval process. 

 

Program Review:   

The referral program will be reviewed annually, allowing us to adjust based on HIS Partner feedback and needs. 

 

Confidentiality: 

- All referral information will be treated with confidentiality. Please inform candidates that they are being referred to the company. 

 

Non-Discrimination Clause:   

- All referrals will be considered equally and without bias to ensure a fair hiring process.
