Step 1: Give us a call at (315) 663-7060. You will speak with John, our Office Manager. He is really nice! If he doesn’t answer, expect a call back within 24 hours. John will set you up with an appointment and answer any questions that you may have about fees and insurance coverage. We strive to set every appointment within 5 business days!

Step 2: After you have set an appointment you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include the office address and parking instructions. On this website, you can find directions as well as images of the front of our buildings.
Step 3: When you arrive, please have a seat in our waiting room. Likely your therapist will be in session. When the session is over, your therapist will come out to meet you. If you have trouble finding the office, please give us a call at (315) 663-7060.
Step 4: During your first appointment, your therapist will discuss our HIPPA Form, and Informed Consent Document. You will be asked to sign acknowledgement of these forms. For the remainder of your appointment, your therapist will take time to gain a deeper understanding of your presenting concerns and needs. Don’t be afraid to ask questions about Harvest House or the therapy process. Your therapist will also provide you with their business phone number. You may cancel or reschedule future appointments by contacting your therapist directly, or by contacting John at (315) 663-7060. You can also schedule returning client appointments online by clicking the “Schedule Now” button located at the top of this page.
